You are cordially invited to host a concurrent session presentation at the 2014 Association of Florida Colleges Region IV Conference hosted by Pasco-Hernando State College. Our theme this year is Four-ging Ahead Together.
All presentations will be held on Friday, April 4 at the Porter Campus at Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel. Each concurrent session will last about one hour and you should plan for a maximum of 35 attendees per session.
Presenters should be prepared to lead round table discussions on best practices, professional development, personal growth and educational topics facing college faculty, staff and students. The conference planning committee is seeking submissions from a diverse range of scholars, practitioners, faculty members, staff members, managers, directors, administrators, community leaders, consultants, and business partners.
Deadline for submissions is Friday, February 28. All presenters will be notified and advised of schedule times. Upon acceptance each presenter is asked to please register for the discounted registration fee of $15.00, if they will be having lunch at the conference.

Compensation: PHSC or AFC is not responsible for compensating presenter/speaker.
Registration: The conference registration cost will be $30 for participants who register prior to February 28, 2014, but presenters/speakers will receive a conference registration rate of $15. The discounted registration fee is not to be considered as compensation.
Expense reimbursement: PHSC or AFC shall not provide Presenter/Speaker any expense/travel reimbursement. The Presenter/Speaker shall be fully responsible for any and all expenses related to travel and lodging and all expenses of any other type incurred by Presenter/Speaker in connection with the Presenter's/Speaker's presentation. There shall be no reimbursement of additional expenses by PHSC/AFC.
