<p>This course is designed to provide students with a working knowledge of VMware Workstation and VSphere as leading virtualization products. In addition to learning how to install and use VMware, students will learn how to apply virtualization technology to set up virtual networks, provide for disaster recovery, create high-availability solutions with clustering, improve security and performance, and use management software to administer multiple virtual machines. Students learn how to install and configure VMWare Workstation, VSphere, and vCenter Server on a computer connected to a network. Although this course is not a certification preparation course, it may include related VMware certification material. Lab fee required.</p>
