GED tests provide an opportunity for adults who have not graduated from high school to earn a Florida high-school level diploma. The GED carries the same weight as a local high school diploma, and is honored worldwide for college entrance and employment requirements. To be eligible to take the GED exam you must be a Florida resident, and be at least 18 years of age or older.
