PHSC is accepting applications for adjunct temporary instructors to teach EMT courses at the Brooksville, New Port Richey and Dade City campuses.
Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution; paramedic certification and current unrestricted Florida paramedic license; minimum of three years experience as a paramedic; American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification; satisfactory criminal history background check; must be able to work a flexible schedule; and Level A and Level B course work – National Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors.
Teaching experience in EMS education; PALS Instructor and PTLS Instructor certification.
The application review process can be initiated with copies of transcripts; however, official transcripts must be received before applicants can begin teaching.
