Help Desk Technician
Standard high school diploma or GED; intermediate computer skills with six month's experience as a helpdesk technician; experience in troubleshooting computer software problems; advanced customer relations skills; good verbal and written communication skills; ability to control and manage several projects simultaneously. An associate degree from a regionally-accredited institution in computers or a related field may be substituted for required experience; must be able to work occasional evening hours, split schedule, weekends; satisfactory criminal history background check.

Associate degree in computers or related field; experience in the field of education; working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, GroupWise email, and Internet Explorer; strong analytical skills; excellent decision making skills.
