Paramedic Clinical

PHSC is accepting applications for adjunct temporary instructors to teach Paramedic clinical (approximately 10-15 hours per week) at the New Port Richey Campus. 

Required qualifications: 

Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution; paramedic certification and current unrestricted Florida paramedic license, minimum of three years experience as a paramedic; American Heart Association BLS certification and ACLS Provider certification; satisfactory criminal history background check; must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Preferred qualifications: 

Registered Nurse with ER experience, ACLS Instructor Certification, PALS Instructor and PHTLS Instructor certification; Level A course work – National Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors; teaching experience in EMS education. 

Application requirements: 

The application review process can be initiated with copies of transcripts; however, official transcripts must be received before applicants can begin teaching.
