Senior Office Assistant, Library
Standard high school diploma or GED; word processing knowledge; should be familiar with basic library processes including the Library of Congress classification system and have some clerical knowledge and experience; satisfactory criminal history background check; must be able to work Monday–Thursday,12:30 p.m.-9 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; must complete the following skills tests: Keyboarding: 35 net words per minute (NWPM) with 95% accuracy; Alphabetic Filing: 70% accuracy; Data Entry 3 - Invoice: 5200 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy.
