The Pasco-Hernando Community College Corporate Training department is pleased to announce a new Leadership Certificate program designed to develop midlevel professionals for greater leadership roles. The Leadership Certificate program will be held on Tuesdays from July 9 through August 27, 2013 from 8 a.m. to noon at the East Campus in Dade City, 36727 Blanton Road.
“The Leadership Certificate program is a comprehensive approach to leadership development that brings together leaders from multiple sectors who are seeking to develop and increase their influence and effectiveness within their organization,” said Lori Bainum, Director, PHCC Corporate Training.
The 32-hour, eight-week, noncredit program was developed to assist midlevel professionals who have several years of management experience to become master communicators, strategic planners and talent developers. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Leadership Certificate Program certificate of completion from the PHCC Corporate Training department.
