Test Anxiety – Wednesday, 3/19 from 2 to 3:15 p.m. in C-106. Learn how to identify the signs associated with test anxiety and learn different coping methods.
Résumé & Cover Letter Tips – Thursday, 3/27 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in C-106. Participants will learn how to write and format a résumé and cover letter for a specific target or desired job. Use of key words and phrases to increase the likelihood of it being read by a hiring manager also will be discussed.
College Central Network Overview – Thursday, 4/3 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in C-106. Participants will learn to navigate College Central Network (CCN), Pasco-Hernando’s exclusive online job board, how to locate local and national job postings and how to use the CCN resume builder.
Interviewing Tips & Tricks – Wednesday, 4/16 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in C-106. Participants will learn common interview protocols, how to answer the hard questions, and unique tips and techniques including proper body language during the interview and appropriate post-interview follow-up.
