Associate in Science―Overview
The Associate in Science degree programs at PHSC are designed to prepare students for employment in select fields. Students earn a minimum of 62 college credit hours, most of which are degree-specified courses and related classes. Select Associate in Science degree programs may transfer to a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Florida’s public universities. However, most AS programs are not designed for transfer. See our complete list of AS programs below. For more information, contact a PHSC advisor.
PHSC offers many certificate programs that are associated with Associate in Science degrees. These College Credit programs may be completed with 42 credit hours or less. Credits may be applied toward a corresponding AS. For more information, see our complete list of College Certificate programs.
