Tuition Installment Plan

To help you meet your educational expenses, PHSC is pleased to provide the Tuition Installment Plan or TIP. TIP is available to all degree-seeking PHSC students enrolled in credit courses and allows you to pay your tuition in installments. The earlier you enroll, the more payment options you have. Check the enrollment calendar for dates and payment options. Students who choose to use TIP may select installment plans that are spread over several months, depending on the semester.  After enrollment, you may use the MyFACTS account link to access your account online.


Payment methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit or debit card

Payments are processed on the 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Cost to participate

  • $35-$45 non refundable enrollment fee per semester depending on the number of payments (ACH and credit or debit card)
  • $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
  • $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

Steps to enroll

  • Have your eight-digit PHSC student ID and PIN available
  • Go to WISE and click on Pay Fees.
  • Select the term. This will show the fee amount that you owe.
  • Click on eCashier to be directed to the eCashier website and follow those directions to enroll.

Check your account with MyFACTS

  • Manage your accountHave your eight-digit PHSC student ID and PIN available
  • Go to MyFACTS and follow the instructions

Availability is determined by the college. Please be aware that the college may elect not to have this available during specific times and dates during registration.

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through MyFACTS or call the Financial Services office at 727-816-3481 to confirm the change.
