Laugh your way to health and happiness. Laughter is well known to be the best medicine. We meet on Monday mornings to share a dose of this wonderful medicine. A few stretches to warm up, followed by some simple exercises that can be done sitting in a chair, are used to guide us along through twenty minutes or more of laughter.
This is found to release high levels of endorphins, which impact you in a very positive manner throughout the day.The body does not know the difference between laughing at a joke or just laughing for no reason at all.
