The Commerce Clause and How it Affects Everyday Americans

Dr. Andrew Sparks will present some of the ways in which the Commerce Clause affects everyday Americans without them realizing it.​

In the Constitution, the Federal Government is granted the power to regulate interstate and foreign commerce. However, since the Founding, the power of the Commerce Clause has become one of the most extensive powers granted to the Federal Government.  In his presentation, Dr. Andrew Sparks will present some of the ways in which the Commerce Clause affects everyday Americans without them realizing it.​
