Destress with Yoga

Yoga is a great combination of flexibility, strength conditioning and balance. You will experience increased focus and decreased stress. Our Yoga classes are designed for all skill levels. Yoga mats and blocks are available for your use.

Student Government Association is the sponsor of this free event that is open to all current PHSC students, staff and faculty. 

Special Notice: Beginning October 7, Yoga is available in person on West Campus in R151 or virtually via Zoom.
