Pasco-Hernando State College has been working diligently with Anthology to resolve issues related to the implementation of CampusNexus® Student, the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which transitioned the College operations to an online cloud-based platform. 

While it is not unusual to encounter issues in this type of large-scale implementation, the transition has been challenging, particularly involving processing student fees and financial aid. 

  • We are continuing to extend payment due dates for cash-paying students until further notice. 
  • Although we are currently unable to process the disbursement of Federal, State, Institutional financial aid and loans at this time, the College will begin distribution of Federal Higher Education Emergency Relief funds (HEERF III) for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) beginning the week of August 30.
  • Requirements for eligibility and the application for ARPA funding are located at phsc.edu/emergency-funds/arp. Applications will be processed in the order received by PHSC’s Financial Aid department. The distribution of the ARPA fund will be processed through the College’s BankMobile refund provider.

We will continue to provide updates regarding the resolution of fee payments and financial aid and loan refunds, which are anticipated within the next month.
