PHSC has experienced technical challenges with CampusNexus, its new College cloud-based operating system that has impacted student fees and financial aid. To resolve these issues more quickly, the College is transitioning back to the previous student data system, a process that will be completed by September 30, 2021.  

In the meantime, due dates are extended for students paying cash for classes and fees. Students also have an opportunity to apply for emergency relief funds beginning September 2, 2021.  

Updates regarding the system changes can be found on the website, as they become available. "We deeply regret any hardship or inconveniences experienced over the last several months. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay safe and be well!" said Timothy L. Beard, PHSC president, in a letter distributed to PHSC students on September 2, 2021.
