PHSC students who plan to apply for a federal student loan for the spring semester must submit a PHSC Federal Direct Student Loan Request Statement form (LRS) which is available on the PHSC Financial Aid Documents web page.

Once the loan is approved, the student must complete and sign a loan deferment form available at your financial aid office. A deferment means tuition fees, including cost of books, are delayed until the student receives the loan funds. Questions? Contact the financial aid office.
