During the implementation of the new CampusNexus® Student (CNS) system, WISE will only be available to view student information beginning Thursday, May 13 at 9 p.m. Registration, applications, fee collection and graduation applications will not be available. Students will only be able to view and print information in WISE along with ordering transcripts. Also, students are able to view and print their 1098T Education Tax Form through WISE.

Students concerned about how to pay fees with Financial Aid can learn more on the Financial Aid website in the "Purchasing Books with Financial Aid" section.

All payments of tuition and other fees as well as delinquent debts can be made in person at any college store location via cash, check, or credit card for the week of May 17–20. Payments can also be mailed to:

WISE will be replaced by the CNS Student Portal. Access to the new system will begin rolling out to students during the first week in June. Students are encouraged to monitor their student email and the PHSC website for further details on logging into the new system.
