Pasco-Hernando State College has been working diligently to resolve issues related to the implementation of CampusNexus® Student, the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which has impacted financial aid processing and disbursement.

The College will begin distribution of Federal Higher Education Emergency Relief funds (HEERF III) from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) beginning September 2 and anticipate processing up to 150 per day. Payment distributions will be made every Tuesday and Thursday. The process is expected to take approximately two weeks or more depending on the number of applications received.

Disbursement of the ARPA fund will be processed through the College’s BankMobile refund provider. PHSC partners with BankMobile for disbursement of financial aid balances and tuition refunds for PHSC students. New students will need to select a refund option.
