Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) is accepting applications for an adjunct temporary instructor, to teach Aviation at the East Campus in Dade City.
Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science, Aeronautics, or an Aviation discipline, or related degree required with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Aviation, or a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation plus FAA license, or Associate’s degree in Aviation plus 2 years work experience in field plus FAA license. Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution; must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work evening hours and split schedule; satisfactory criminal history background check. Applicants who claim a right of Veteran’s Preference must provide documentation of eligibility.
Two years of related work experience in the appropriate discipline; two years of postsecondary teaching experience; current aviation maintenance, airframe and powerplant certifications, current pilot license, or related aviation certifications.
