Job Description

The maximum salary is based on a doctorate education level and 8 years of verifiable full-time professional work experience and/or full-time teaching experience.  

Duty Days: 162 (2 Semesters)

Required Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science, Aeronautics, or an Aviation discipline, or related degree required with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Aviation plus Ground School Instructor License and Unmanned Vehicle Systems Operations (Part 107) Certification, or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation plus 2 years work experience in field. Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution. Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; satisfactory criminal history background check; must be able to work occasional evening hours, split schedule, weekends. Preferred Qualifications

Single and Multi-Engine Instrument Airplane, Flight Instructor, FAA Part 141 Assistant Chief Instructor Requirements.
