Standard high school diploma or GED; must have some knowledge or experience in grounds care and maintenance; special emphasis is placed on the following of instructions and directions; bending, walking, stooping and lifting; satisfactory back X-ray and ability to lift 60 pounds; satisfactory criminal history background check; must possess a valid Florida Driver License and a satisfactory driving record; must be able to work evening hours; occasional split schedule, weekends.
