Standard high school diploma or GED; computer literacy; should have clerical knowledge and experience; satisfactory criminal history background check; must be able to work evening hours Monday-Thursday until 7:30pm during the summer; must be able to work Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-7:30pm; and Friday, 12:30pm-4:30pm during the fall and spring; must complete the following skills tests: Keyboarding: 35 net words per minute (NWPM) with 95% accuracy; Data Entry 1 – Vendor: 6,200 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy; Proofreading 1: 60% accuracy; Alphabetic Filing: 70% accuracy. Previous experience in a learning center; ability to tutor in some classes.
