Standard high school diploma or GED; must have experience in academic record keeping or general office assistant work; have computer application skills (word processing, database or spreadsheet entry) and strong customer service skills; satisfactory criminal history background check; must be able to work late one night a week until 7:30pm; must complete the following skills tests: Keyboarding: 35 net words per minute (NWPM) with 95% accuracy; Data Entry 1 - Vendor: 6200 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy. Applicants selected for interview must have passed the above tests within the last 24 months, or be tested for the above skill levels, to be considered for this position. A PHSC representative will contact chosen applicants to schedule a time for testing, if necessary.
