Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree (or higher) from a regionally accredited institution or a standard high school diploma with three (3) years of test center experience; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision; must have excellent computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot routine problems; must have knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment; must be able to work some evenings and weekends; must have excellent interpersonal, written communication, and analytical skills; must have strong customer service skills; must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check; must complete the following skills tests: Keyboarding: 35 net words per minute (NWPM) with 95% accuracy; Proofreading 1: 70% accuracy; Alphabetic Filing: 70% accuracy. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Prior experience in testing services or a postsecondary educational setting. Pearson VUE Test Administrator Certification.

Applicants selected for interview must have passed the above tests within the last 24 months, or be tested for the above skills level, to be considered for this position. A PHSC representative will contact chosen applicants to schedule a time for testing, if necessary.
