Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution or a standard high school diploma with three (3) years of test center experience; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision; must have excellent computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot routine problems; must have knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment; must be able to work evenings and some weekends; must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; must have strong customer service skills; must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check; must have reliable transportation. Prior experience in testing services or a post-secondary educational setting. Pearson VUE Test Administrator Certification.
