Mission of the Alliance

Ensure that nurses and allied health professionals possess the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality care and advance in their careers, while fostering a culture of civility, collaboration and lifelong learning. 

Purpose of the Committee

• Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, retaining and developing faculty and staff. 
• Provide scholarships and incentives, address workplace culture issues and incorporate the latest human resources strategies to attract and retain talent. 
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and create policies that enhance retention by improving workplace culture and providing professional development opportunities. 
• Members include HR professionals from alliance partners, including health care providers and educational institutions.
