Standard high school diploma or GED; minimum of two years related work experience; must be able to take seminar and conference minutes; must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; have the ability to organize and work independently, exercise good judgement, and prioritize tasks; must have excellent Word, Excel and Access skills and a willingness to learn donor software programs; knowledge of data entry and database systems (i.e., Raiser’s Edge) is preferred; must have reliable transportation and the ability to work occasional evening hours, split schedule, and weekends; satisfactory criminal history background check; must complete the following skills tests: Keyboarding: 50 Net Words Per Minute (NWPM) with 95% accuracy; Advanced Editing/Formatting From a Rough Draft with 70% accuracy; Proofreading I: with 70% accuracy.
