Kendall Childers
Student Speaker - Spring 2025 Commencement, PHSC Graduate
Kendall Childers is originally from Dunnellon, Florida and she moved to Tampa in 2020 to pursue her education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida, and during that time, she discovered that nursing was the career path she was meant to follow.
Choosing to attend Pasco-Hernando State College’s Registered Nurse program was an easy decision, thanks to the program’s strong reputation and supportive learning environment. She is incredibly thankful for the knowledge, guidance and clinical experiences she has gained throughout her time at PHSC.
Recently, she accepted a position at Tampa General Hospital, where she will be working in the transplant unit. Additionally, she plans to continue her education this fall 2025 semester in PHSC's RN-to-BSN program.
