Anita Mukerjee
Assistant Professor, Pasco-Hernando State College
Anita Mukerjee is committed to sustainability and a world in which all babies are held by loving arms. She has degrees in microbiology and hotel management. She has pursued her interests in environmentalism, yoga (both laughter yoga and the stand-on-your-head kind), meditation, vibrational healing, bioenergetics and permaculture over the years with various workshops, trainings and retreats in diverse settings around the world as well as in her own back yard. She recently discovered her love for drumming and enjoys playing the hand pan.
Anita's favorite speaker ever at Peace Week was Eva Kor, who inspired her to look deep at whether there was anything at all that could not be forgiven. A daily journey of gratitude begins with being grateful for the luxury of a hot shower.
