Students can prepare for career promotions and advancement in a wide range of managerial and administrative positions in various organizational settings with the Bachelor of Applied Science degree in supervision and management (BAS-SM).
The BAS-SM degree program is designed with five concentrations:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Gain career advancement opportunities in leadership, management and education with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN). The BSN program at PHSC is provided completely online, offering students flexibility with 7.5-week courses, offered year-round part and full-time options with start dates in January and August.
PHSC’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program prepares licensed RNs who have an Associate in Science in Nursing (ADN) degree or diploma programs in nursing, with management, leadership, theory and research skills to succeed in the nursing profession.

PHSC's bachelor's degree programs are designed for students with an associate degree or at least 60 equivalent college credits. With prior credits accepted, time to completion is shorter, usually 18-24 months, depending on course load and required prerequisites.
