Supervision and Management

Pasco-Hernando State College's Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management (BAS-SM) program is designed to prepare graduates from diverse academic and socioeconomic backgrounds for supervisory and management roles in various organizational settings. The program graduates ethically aware prospective business and civic leaders who think critically about solving today's problems and those of the future while understanding and respecting the importance of today's diverse communities.

The BAS-SM program uses a 2+2 model that requires applicants to have completed an associate's degree or equivalent for entry into the program. The program is tailored to meet the needs of a diverse student population in the community, including flexible scheduling, 7.5-week, 10-week, and 15-week online classes, and the ability to complete the program as either a part-time or full-time student.

In the BAS-SM program, students will develop a variety of employable skills such as communication, critical thinking, digital fluency, teamwork, organizational planning and informational literacy.
