Tap into the World of Tech and Creativity
Middle and high school students are invited to explore 3D printers, Cricut machines and sewing machines at our four-day summer camp! Students will build foundational skills through hands-on projects and gain a real-world understanding of entrepreneurship and business. Start tapping into your creativity with PHSC!
Key Features
- Introduction to available equipment and how to:
- Locate free projects 3D prints
- Use the Cricut design space
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Critical thinking: planning (designs) and budgeting (time and materials)
Schedule
A daily snack break will be at 10 a.m., followed by a lunch break at noon.
Day One: Foundations and First Creations
Students will learn basic operations of all three tools and complete one simple project using each tool.
Day Two: Personalization and Skill Building
Students will apply their skills to create functional, personalized items.
Day Three: Collaboration and Innovation
Students will work in teams to design a multi-tool product.
Day Four: Final Project and Showcase
Students will finalize their project and present their work.
Available Custom Projects
- 3D printed – key chains, phone holders or game pieces
- Sewing – throw pillows, a scrunchie, bookmarks or a pillowcase
- Cricut – stickers, t-shirts, tote bag or cups

Camp Fee
The camp fee is $25 per camper. This non-refundable fee covers supplies, a camp t-shirt and snacks.
Grade Requirement
Students entering grades 7 through 12.
