Commencement Ceremony - Winter 2023

Celebrate the success of our 2023 summer and fall graduates! PHSC students who have completed their program(s), applied to graduate and paid the graduation application and commencement fees will celebrate their accomplishments with the college and their loved ones at West Campus. 

On this day, students will receive their Associate in Arts degree.
