Beginning in 2019, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the federal government has implemented several higher education emergency relief grants for students and colleges. Among the emergency relief funds are the following:
- Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES) Student Emergency Funds
- Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA)
- American Rescue Plan (ARP)
Pasco-Hernando State College has received and distributed emergency funds and reports the use of funds on a quarterly basis.
