Take a midweek pause and join us for a calming session of guided yoga, designed to help you reconnect with your breath, body and mind. Through simple stretches, breathing exercises and moments of stillness, you'll learn how to manage stress and stay centered. Whether you're new to yoga or just need a reset, this is your space to unwind and recharge.

What to Bring

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, borrow one from Trinity Yoga (limited availability) or go barefoot in the grass during this mindful session!
