Information About Student Refunds
The College uses BankMobile to process all student refunds. Once the file is accepted by BankMobile and the funds are wired, they will be transferred according to the delivery method you, the student, chose:
- Deposit to an Existing Account – Money is transferred to your existing account on the same business day that BankMobile receives funds from PHSC. Typically, it takes 1–3 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
- Deposit to a BankMobile Vibe Checking Account – If you open a BankMobile Vibe Checking Account (upon identity verification), the money is deposited on the same business day BankMobile receives the funds from PHSC.
BankMobile
PHSC Students: Thank you to all students that have setup their BankMobile Accounts. As a reminder, the BankMobile accounts are used by our Bursar Student Financial Services Office to push any refunds to a student through the “BankMobile Account”.
See note below for information on the BankMobile Account. The BankMobile account can be setup to be simply a link to one of your existing banking accounts -or- you can use a new BankMobile Checking account to get any refunds and then access the funds at that account.
- If you had already setup an BankMobile Account, then you do not have to do it again (unless you want to change it);
- If you tried to setup a BankMobile Account prior to this week, please try again now;
- If you are a Dual Enrollment HS student, then you do not have to setup an Account.
- If you did not receive an email from BankMobile, i.e. bmtx.com, then no action is needed and you can disregard this message.
How to do BankMobile Setup

PHSC Student: Step-by-Step Process
- Click the “Get one here” button in the email sent to you from BankMobile for PHSC
- Click “Refund Selection“ button in same webpage:
- Right button into “your personal code” box and paste the 12 character code that you received in PHSC email.
- Click “Get Started” button.
- See “Confirm Identity” page
- See your name, or enter it as your name, example “Thomas Hull”
- Enter your birthdate and last 4 of your Banner ID (again, see your Banner ID on the Bobcat Port >> upper right corner under your account-circle button >> view Profile >> See Banner ID
- See “Welcome!” page:
- Enter a personal email address, example janedoe@gmail.com
- Create a password just for BankMobile, 8 characters, example “mypass12”
- Click “Confirm Profile”.
- See next screen “Is all your Information Correct?”
- See your personal email and masked password.
- You will see the following two links below:
- Refund Legal Disclosure” Click this link. Then see pop-up for Disclosure. Click Accept button.
- Review and Accept the E-Sign Disclosure” Click this link. Then see pop-up for Disclosure. Click Accept button.
- Click button for “Create Profile and select payment type"
- Select your preferred option:
- Use “Deposit to an Existing Account” (left side option)
- Or Use “BankMobile” Checking Account (right side option)
Follow the screen(s) to setup the Account.
