Due to the outsourcing of the college stores and changes in computer systems, fees can no longer be paid in person on any PHSC campus.
Students should log on to their WISE account and select the "Pay Fees" button for payment of summer tuition. This is the only way to pay with a debit/credit card and have real-time posting to your student account.
How To Process a Tuition Payment in WISE
- Select the "Pay Fees" tab in the WISE portal menu.
- Once open, select the desired term and click the "Refresh" button next to the term selection.
- Once the fees are displayed, select the "Enter Credit Card Information" button.
- Enter your payment card information into the screen and then select the "Pay Now" button.
- Once submitted, a popup confirmation of successful payment will appear. A receipt of the payment shall also be sent to the user's PHSC email upon successful processing.

College operating hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
As a reminder, summer tuition and fees are due by May 1, 2024. Please submit payments as soon as possible to avoid being dropped for non-payment. If you register after May 1, fees will be due by 7 p.m. on the day of your registration.
