This program will allow students to gain a working knowledge of business and Real Property Law, civil procedure, and a basic understanding of the law and legal ethics. Those employed as a Real Estate Paralegal can expect to examine the law pertaining to real estate, deal with duties such as title and zoning searches, legal code reviews, is responsible for the review of closing papers and agreements and attend real estate closings.
The Real Estate Paralegal certificate is a stackable credential found within the curriculum of the Associate in Science, Legal Assisting Paralegal Studies curriculum.
