The Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) Foundation is now accepting scholarship applications for the 2026–2027 academic year. All current and prospective PHSC students planning to enroll for the next academic year are encouraged to apply.

During the 2025-26 academic year, the PHSC Foundation provided more than $1.4 million in scholarships, helping over a thousand students access higher education, persist toward completion, and advance into university transfer programs or the local workforce. A significant portion of PHSC students are first-generation college students, making scholarship support a vital component of access, retention and student success.

To be eligible, applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 and enroll in at least six credit hours. The priority deadline to apply is April 10, 2026, although applications are accepted throughout the year.

PHSC Foundation scholarships help offset the cost of tuition and fees, textbooks, program supplies and other educational needs, and may be combined with additional forms of financial aid such as Bright Futures, Pell Grant, Florida College Prepaid and external scholarships.

Foundation scholarships are made possible through the generosity of private donors, service organizations, alumni, board members, staff and community partners who are committed to strengthening the community by investing directly in student success.
