Kim D. Moore, Ed.D.
Pasco County Schools, Assistant Superintendent
Kim D. Moore, Ed.D. is the assistant superintendent of schools for Pasco County, a John C. Maxwell certified coach, speaker and trainer, and DISC Consultant. She works to equip aspiring leaders to lead with confidence, emerging leaders to expand their influence, and accomplished leaders to achieve significance. For more than 30 years, as a military officer, educational leader, adjunct professor, cancer survivor, and leadership guide, Moore has been at the forefront of leading others to maximize their potential.
Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Widener University, a master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University, and a specialist degree in educational leadership and Doctorate of education from Nova Southeastern University.
