Bring an unofficial transcript to the session and/or test scores, such as CLEP/AP/DANTES/PERT, etc. and have the institution send an official transcript to PHSC. We will need an unofficial transcript to advise you properly and guide you with course selection.

Have you taken college-level English and mathematics courses?

Have you completed College Placement Testing and submitted the official scores to PHSC? (SAT, ACT, PERT)

Have you requested or submitted official high school or college transcripts to PHSC?

Have you completed the Residency Classification form and submitted required documentation?
