Margaret Walker

Margaret Walker, Human Resources Analyst, Dayspring Academy, is responsible for coordinating the recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, policies and procedures, and processes at Dayspring. Prior to joining Dayspring, Walker was employed with Johnson and Johnson (Tampa) for 17 years as a Finance Rep, Marketing and Conventions Coordinator, and Field Sales Automation Coordinator. She majored in Business Administration at Eckerd College and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management since 2015. Walker coordinated and supported numerous community causes and initiatives, including school and church fundraising events. Additionally, she has taught faith formation classes, and she was the local co-coordinator with the Florida Navy Moms group for the annual Wreaths Across America project.
