Description: This 6-week course covers the basic and more advanced design skills needed to create site and building layouts and will provide a solid working knowledge of computer-aided drafting software that is used by interior designers, architects, and engineers alike.  Upon successful completion of this course students will be prepared to sit for the Autodesk AutoCAD Certified User exam to gain industry certification.

Description: This 7-week course is an advanced and professional level credential for Autodesk AutoCAD software users who possess an extended amount of real-world experience and extensive knowledge in AutoCAD. Autodesk also requires a minimum of 400 hours of seat-time to build the skills needed to sit for testing for this certification.

Description: This 2-day OSHA 10-hour Construction Industry certification training course is designed to provide an entry level construction worker’s general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards on a construction work site. Students will gain an understanding of safety in a construction setting and will be prepared to earn their OSHA 10 Construction certification by the conclusion of the class.

Description: This 5-day OSHA 30-hour Construction Industry certification training course is intended to provide a safety minded, advanced, construction worker’s general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards on a construction site.  Students will gain an advanced understanding of safety in a construction setting and will be prepared to earn their OSHA 30 Construction certification by the conclusion of the class.

1. If you are a current or previous PHSC student, please skip to Step 3. If you are a new student, visit PHSC Continuing Professional Education Course Registration website to complete a Career and Job Training Application: Apply Here.

2. Once your Career & Job Training Application has been processed and you have set up your Application Portal and your Bobcat Portal, you may move forward with registration steps outlined below. (Please allow 7-10 business days for application processing.)

3. In the Registration Portal, go to the Register for Classes link and select a term.

4. Select term: Fall, Spring, Summer

5. Subject: Type or select the three-digit course code from the drop-down menu.

   • Business – NCB

   • Education – NCP

   • Engineering, Manufacturing, Welding – NCI

   • Health Science – NCH

   • Public Service – NCG

   • Technology – NCC

   • Transportation - NCJ

6. Choose a course by clicking the ADD button.

7. Click "Submit" to add the class to your schedule.

8. Follow the prompts to pay for the course if not covered by a scholarship.
